Totally surrounded in your circles...

Kaden might be the new guy at the magazine, but it doesn't take long for Charlotte to catch his eye. When the editor-in-chief pairs them together for a project, Kaden sees it as the perfect opportunity to ask her out. Only, Charlotte has other ideas.

Desperate to please her family for just one year, Charlotte asks Kaden to pose as her boyfriend on her trip home. Faced with another lonely Christmas, Kaden agrees. Among the decorations and home-cooked meals, it doesn't take long for feelings between them to develop. Are they real or just a product of the charade?

If not for Christmas, by New Year's night...

Adam Allen is still trying to figure out how to co-parent with his controlling ex, who is always quick to criticize his parenting. It doesn't help that he's so forgetful and he works a lot, but at least he's trying. It's hard for him to find someone who can relate, until he meets Tanya.

Adam feels an instant connection with her, but her episode the year before has ripple effects that could alter both of their relationships with their kids.

Feeling washed up, Tori believes her only taste of fame will come from the solo in the holiday choir.

At least I’m gonna say that I tried…

Nervous about performing in front of a full audience, Isaac asks Tori to help him prepare and she needs to decide whether she should help him succeed or steal the solo away from him.

To face unafraid…

Steph Chester has had enough at work. Partnered with a deadbeat and having to carry the workload of a project they’re working on, she’s called into her boss’s office and is suddenly being accused of not doing any of the work. Frustrated, Steph spontaneously books a trip to a nearby small town to spend the holidays and escape the pressures of her life.

The plans that we’ve made…

Carson Andrews has just been fired. Again. Working as a realtor, he is tired of dealing with picky clients who blame him for their inability to decide on a house. To make matters worse, this will be the first Christmas he is spending alone since his grandfather passed away in the spring. In an effort to escape his life, Carson books a trip to a charming town near where his grandfather used to take him to get their Christmas tree every year.

Little do either of them know, but Steph and Carson have inadvertently booked the same house for the holidays. Not wanting to return to their hectic lives, they agree to try to share the rental. But living with a total stranger is harder than either of them realizes. Especially when feelings start developing.

A Christmas Renovation
Small Town Christmas, Book 8

But the prettiest sight to see…

Cameron Kutcher is a single mom, just trying to make Christmas happen for her daughter. With her contracting business slowing down for the winter season and only working a couple nights a week at a local brewery, she worries that her daughter will wake up to nothing from Santa under their tree.

Is the holly that will be, on your own front door…

Luke Branson has been burned before by contractors who didn’t do a good enough job. As a real estate investor, he has a certain standard to match that will give him the biggest return on investment. But his latest project is more personal: his family’s former home that he recently reacquired. One that he has a very specific—very nostalgic—vision of what he wants it to look like.

When Luke promises his parents that he’ll have the house ready in time to celebrate Christmas with his family, he hires Cameron online and is surprised to see that she’s a woman—one who has a strong opinion about Luke’s so-called “standards.” Meanwhile, Cameron is happy to accept a steady job through the holidays. And as the two of them work closely on the project, they soon realize that there is more developing than just real estate.
